TOYOTA manufacturer warranty
Your new Toyota vehicle is delivered with a 3-year, 100 000-kilometer warranty, further demonstrating Toyota’s commitment to distributing products with exceptional quality and reliability.
When your new TOYOTA is delivered, you will be given a warranty booklet explaining the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions. The warranty terms and conditions apply to certified Toyota dealers within the country of sale.
Toyota and the local Toyota certified dealer warrant that a Toyota vehicle, delivered by an authorized Toyota distributor or dealer, will be free under normal use and service from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 years or 100 000 kilometers from date of sale whichever occurs first. The warranty is transferrable.
The TOYOTA Manufacturer's Warranty commences on the date of first delivery. The vehicle must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
Some models are supplied with a 5-year, 150 000 km warranty.

TOYOTA recall campaigns
At TOYOTA, your safety is our priority. Your vehicle may be the subject of a recall campaign in order to verify its full compliance with the manufacturer's quality standards, and to remedy any possible defects by free intervention at an authorized Toyota dealership.

*Where can I find my VIN number?
Your vehicle's VIN number appears on your vehicle's registration papers.
You will see a 17-character long number with numbers and letters: this is the VIN number.
This code is also present at least in two locations on your vehicle:
§ The windshield, bottom left
§ The manufacturer plate: it can be marked cold, engraved or punched on the engine. Sometimes it is printed on a label, itself attached to the engine.
§ Inside the car: at different locations, such as the floor or trunk
Trade-in your Current car and walk away with a brand new car.
Conditions to qualify for Trade-In:
• The vehicle to be traded in should have been bought from and maintained at Toyota Uganda.
• The customers must be planning to replace the traded-In vehicle immediately with a new one.
• Toyota Uganda will carry out an evaluation before a trade-In offer is made to the customer.
• Once the customer accepts the trade-In value, the Customer must then proceed to make payment of the difference based on the quotation of a new vehicle.
• First cost of evaluation will be taken up by Toyota Uganda but if the evaluation expires and the customer wants to carry out another evaluation then the customer will own the cost.
